What sort of things might mean you need more support?
If for any reason you are finding using Tred difficult, we want to help make things easier for you. Whether it’s to do with making financial decisions, getting support, setting up your account, or using our app, there are things we can do to make our service more accessible to you and make sure we do all we can to help.
Here are some examples of things that might mean extra support is helpful:
- Health issues: severe or long-term illness, mental health condition, addiction, poor emotional wellbeing.
- Disability: physical disability, mental health disability, learning disability, hearing or visual impairment.
- Life events: bereavement, redundancy, domestic abuse, relationship breakdown, caring responsibilities.
- Financial stress: high levels of debt, low savings, inconsistent or low income.
- Knowledge, skill and communication difficulties: low confidence in managing finances, difficulty reading or writing, difficulty with maths and numbers, difficulty using technology, difficulty communicating in the English language.
